FAQ

  • What are Ceylon Cinnamon sticks?

Soft layers of dried cinnamon bark rolled together are known as Cinnamon Sticks or more commonly Cinnamon Quills. During the peeling process, a cinnamon peeler carves out the soft inner layer of the bark in one piece, without damaging or fragmenting the bark. These layers are dried and stacked into a long cigar-like structure golden brown in colour and subtly sweet in fragrance.
