Tea Smallholder Factories PLC (TSFL) is under the Browns Plantations cluster. TSFL operates six tea factories, strategically positioned in the Galle and Nuwara Eliya Regions. Hingalgoda Tea Factory, Neluwa Medagama Tea Factory and Halwitigala Tea Factory and Kurupanawa Tea Factory are located in the Galle Region. Broadlands Tea Factory is located in Ginigathena. Our core focus involves skillfully processing green leaves procured from dedicated tea smallholders and green leaf collectors.

Our Hingalgoda Tea Factory produces orthodox black tea and CTC (Crush, Tear, and Curl) tea. Hingalgoda Tea Factory has been honoured by the Tea Exporters Association of Sri Lanka as the Best CTC Producer, reaffirming our legacy of excellence and innovation in tea production.
